An oddly phrased notice in the car park outside, something like: ‘Delivery and disabled car park entrance’ confused two old women.

It is quite possible to lean out of the car window and push the button on the wall to open the very wide entrance to the corridor. They did so, and happily drove down the corridor looking for the car park!

They panicked when they realised and an attendant had to reverse it out again for them!
