Dulwich Supper Club

Restaurant Dinner tableAre you looking to meet new people?

Local resident, Emma, is setting up a social Supper Club for like-minded professionals between the ages of 25-45 to attend events in the local area.

Emma says, “I moved here three years’ ago from Richmond. The majority of my social network still live there and I thought it would be nice to know a couple of people you could call to have a quick pint down the local or maybe even establish business contacts.”

“I thought it would be an idea to try and meet like-minded people in London and when I started to look into it, a lot of social clubs charge a huge amount for joining fees and then a fee to attend events. So I thought I would try and set one up of my own in the local area and make use of the great facilities that we have in Dulwich.”

Emma envisages events such as going to local restaurants, meeting for a drink or two in local pubs, attending local quiz evenings and visiting local galleries. “Any other suggestions are welcome!”

“You can be single, divorced married – all are welcome,” says Emma. “It’s not a dating club but if people happen to meet through it, then great! And you don’t have to be resident in Dulwich to attend.”

The first meeting will be in the Rosendale Pub on 31st May @ 7.30pm where you can register your interest, meet other members of the club and provide any suggestions for future events. If you have any queries, please contact Emma at dulwichsupperclub@googlemail.com.

    Hi Emma,
What a great idea! Sadly I am 63 but don’t look bad and my girlfriend is 59 and we saw your advert in Dulwich SE21.
Any chance of stretching the age band?

    Anyway, goodluck.

    Barbara.
