Hey everyone and welcome to Kevin from PUSH STUDIOS first fitness tips for Dulwich OnView.
This month will be a general introduction to what types of exercise you can do, and how to make it fun for you.
One of the most important things is to find exercise that you like.
It could be a team sport, walking the dog, Yoga/Pilates or even a dance class.
You need to find exercise that suits you and your lifestyle, otherwise you will never continue. Why go to an expensive gym and pay the monthly memberships fees if you aren’t going to use it?
Here in London we are very lucky to have such open spaces as Dulwich Park, Peckham Rye, Brockwell Park, and we should all try to use them.
We could play tennis, go for a jog,
cycle in the park. All we need to do to lead a healthy life is to exercise a little every day, even if that is walking to the next bus stop instead of getting the one outside your door.
So I will be contributing to Dulwich OnView to inspire you to exercise.
