It gets bigger and bigger…………

Two wonderful weekends to browse, to snoop, perchance to buy…

Now in its fifth year The Artists’ Open House event features over 150 artists in more than 100 locations across the Dulwich area. Artists and hosts will be opening their houses and galleries to the public and visitors will be able to meet the artists and see an exciting range of work on display. And Dulwich Picture Gallery’s permanent collection is open free on Sunday 10th

There is a huge choice of artists to see: there will be painters, photographers, sculptors, furniture-makers, ceramicists and jewellery -makers to name but a few. And some whacky designs from 3D design students from Camberwell College.

It’s a great chance to browse a huge variety of art whilst enjoying a weekend walk. All items on display will be on sale at prices to suit all pockets, but of course there is no compulsion to buy. Many people just like to have a look at people’s houses and gardens!

Taking place on both weekends of the Dulwich Festival (8-17 May), the Artists’ Open House weekends give the perfect opportunity for visitors to see what south-east Londoners are creating.

Click here to find out where all the artists are located or pick up a free booklet at a bar, shop or restaurant in and around Dulwich .
