East Dulwich goes Crackers for Christmas

The East Dulwich Christmas Cracker came to town on Saturday

The streets were buzzing with people visiting stalls outside local shops, kids craft workshops, Santa’s Grotto and a bustling Christmas Market on North Cross Road. We went along to soak up the atmosphere. Here are just a few things we saw:

Ah that’s where he’s going! Yummy treats were on offer from local suppliers at the North Cross Road Market. All shapes and sizes of stalls were on display including the local food bank, delicious pie n mash from Pie in the Skyz and a huge variety of Christmas craft stalls. 2015-12-05 12.58.46

Taking part in a national Christmas Screening Extravaganza Greenwich Picture House will put on favourites such as Pingu, Bob the Builder and Thomas and Friends and will no doubt be the perfect remedy post Christmas day blues. Get the kids involved in making presents at Punk me Up ceramics café in East Dulwich and Santa’s Grotto is also in Dulwich Park until 23rd December.
