Is this tiny house in East Dulwich worth 800k?

Okay, so this 10 foot wide house is on the market for a remarkable £800,000! This surely proves that East Dulwich property prices are out of control.

The narrow house, is less than double the width of a 7 seater car. It has two bedrooms along with a contemporary bathroom, plenty of reception room, a modern kitchen and a large rear garden. The house is a short walk away from Peckham Park, and even comes with its own private parking space on the drive.

Despite being just 10 feet wide, the open plan house does look quite spacious, features all the mod cons and is not lacking in living space. But is it really worth 800k? You can see further images and details here.

What do you think? We’d love to know, please comment below…

Obscene- My parents and I moved to a house at the top end of Friern Road during the London blitz and then the asking price was 800 pounds. I understand the house is now three separate flats selling at sky high prices.
My wife and I emigrated to Canada in 1961 due to property prices then.We have no regrets .
