If you’ve ever thought of volunteering, wanted to feel part of your local community and do something creative, then Dulwich OnView is the place for you. We like to think of ourselves as interesting people who all love the Dulwich area and we’re always on the lookout for like-minded people to collaborate with.
So what’s in it for you? A drink down the pub for starters. We usually meet every six weeks or so in the Crown and Greyhound in Dulwich Village. Some of our team have used Dulwich OnView to gain valuable work experience in online publishing and forged new careers as writers. Others have enjoyed exposure of their photographs and videos to a wider audience and have made valuable contacts in the industry.
A lot of our volunteers now know their way around a WordPress blog pretty well and have started their own blogs. Most of us enjoy learning new skills and doing something different to our day jobs. And we’ve all enjoyed getting to know other people in the area and seeing our online magazine grow from strength to strength. You can read more about what other volunteers have to say about working on Dulwich OnView. And here are some of the people already involved.
