Fifty Seven, Kitchen + Bar is the newest addition to the Café culture and restaurant scene on the East Dulwich social circuit.
The restaurant is a partnership between two local companies, Suzanne James Catering and Vit+Kicks Drinks. During the pandemic the hospitality industry was decimated and yet we rose from the ashes to form this brilliant new collaboration bringing the most delicious food and drinks to the wonderful people of East Dulwich and surrounding areas.
With a great menu comes great responsibility and we have set out our dining experience to bring you pastries from 9am, brunch from 10am, lunch from mid-day and dinner from 6pm and favourites on the menu include our Caramel, Chocolate + Hazelnut Cruffin, English Muffins with Smoked Scottish Salmon + Scrambled Eggs, Doorstep Sandwiches (!), and the most delicious evening offer, all of which changes monthly with the seasons.
What’s so different? Well the menu is created by Suzanne James + team and, as we all know, is Seasonal, Organic + Sustainable! This covers everything that I would eat so there’s no rhyme nor reason to the menu, just everything that I love!
The drinks menu is a hedonistically healthy adventure consisting of fresh juice & smoothie cocktails mixed using nothing but earth’s natural ingredients & alcohol, healthy mocktail alternatives, nutritious vegan protein smoothies, and a selection of freshly prepared juices to order. Our beers are local and our wines are from an indie company, just like us!
With outdoor seating now a legal requirement, we have not faltered at the thought. In fact, we have embraced Al Fresco dining and introduced hot water bottles and blankets for anyone who is chilly and added an awning in our courtyard garden.
Going forward, as the world reopens and the weather warms up, we will be hosting Bottomless Brunch, inviting Private Parties to book exclusively and of course, continue to bring the very best in hospitality to the people of East Dulwich.

Thursday + Friday 9am – 3pm + 6pm – 11pm
Saturday All Day (kitchen closes 3pm – 6pm though for a rest + reboot
